The nose is treated to notes of crushed almonds and fresh lemon zest. Followed by, a hint of fresh cut white flowers. The palate experiences extremely ripe almost bruised red apples with suggestions of quince. The racy acidity showcases proper site selection that takes advantage of the calcareous soils of the Central Coast. This is confirmed by the soft chalk notes on the long complex finish. The harmony of alcohol and neutral oak make a seamless texture that expresses the concentration of this wine.
